“If I had time in my busy day I would have cancelled and gone else where. They kept asking for more information. Often information I had already provided. I felt they were being delibereatley obstructive. I just hope and pray I never have cause to claim. Come next year I will not use for any of our cars/vans or other insurances”
“there was one price on the quote & over £100 more when i went to take the policy out.
When i went to council it was going to cost me over £ 500.00 to get out of it.
