“Good and easy to use but the constant phone calls from other insurers trying to sell insurance after you have it was due to my phone number being provided to them by The Van Insurer!
Poor service by the van insurer website!!!!”
“At first I was very pleased with the price then we was ask to produce codes for all drivers which was ok and I thought it was a great idea to be able to text documents but then I received a letter that my insurance was to be cancelled because I have not sent license codes so I phoned and a very nice lady explained they must of received them but could not find them so I must spend time resending them which I did then a new letter to saying they are cancelling our insurance again so another phone call to a nice lady and she said she would look into this and call me back but no phone call then my documents was emailed I'm sure this was a one off so I'm not too negative
