“They drove me mad sending me e-mails and letters asking for proof of no-claims after I had sent it to them through their portal. When I rang them up about this, I was kept waiting on one call for fifteen minutes, and the other not much less.”

Got the quote, agreed it, paid for it, only to be asked a week later for another £400 else they would cancel my insurance.
Their reason..........the 25+ years no claims bonus I have they decided they wouldn't accept even though everything on the quote was correct and declared as requested.
They then had the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee to cancel the policy even though it was within the 14 days cooling off period.
Poor poor poor service.”
