“Misleading info on the submission sheet led to paperwork being requested that was not clear in the original documentation. requesting money back would have meant a penalisation of up to 200 of the 430 spent after which a further 430 was taken from the account. Customer service staff if not giving the run a round were nothing short of useless. Very disappointed and still awaiting a return to an email i sent to the director who just side steps and passes it on to the customer service dept who give you the round a round, you get the picture. Complete dissatisfaction and wont be recommending or renewing again.”
