Don't read e-mails, lie on the 'phone, arrogant, unprofessional, no grasp of the concept of customer service, totally useless: I consider them cancelling my policy with no proper explanation a lucky escape.
My complaint is still rumbling on & will probaly end involving the Ombudsman and litigation.
