“I had driven company vehicles over the past few years with full no claims and written proof which I sent to them they wouldn't accept it because it`s "Something they don`t do"
When I asked why they couldn't give me a reason. I don't believe this was mentioned on there site.
Unfortunately due to time restraints it was to late to shop elsewhere.
