“Would never use again. Appears to want you to slip up on data on Motor Insurance Database and then slaps on huge hike in premium... new insurer simply quotes data online for you to corroborate. Took additional funds from my account without permission and before date stated in letter.
Felt like I had been taken for a fool. Cancelled out of principle. Whilst their products are not market leading, their cancellation fee of £75 is! STILL waiting for refund on initial fee plus the additional funds taken without consent.”
