“Hounded for proof of no claims discount having sent it to them several times. They threatened me with withdrawl of cover and when I asked them to contact my previous insurers they replied they don't have the staff to that. After many phone calls and emails they eventually informed me that if proof of no claims was not recieved after the final demand they would get confirmation from my previous insurer. No prizes for guessing which company I will not be using next year. I assume they use the name "Budget" for a reason.”
