“Budget seriously need to review how they deal with NCD. Price quoted was taking into consideration NCD on another policy - it took nearly 2 months to establish what was actually sufficient as proof! Despite sending copy of other policy, and letter from current Insurers - as these were sent separately they were not acceptable & policy cost tripled! They finally accepted when documents were sent together - they will not contact other insurers direct for confirmation which is ridiculous!”
