“On the surface this company appeared to be a bargain, unfortunately the costs of doing small changes is incredibly high, they are unhelpful, and charge to correct tiny insignificant errors, cancellation (which I have now done) costs £75 !!! The money saved is not worth the grief of constantly having to remind them that they have received the documents they keep asking for and threatening to fine me for not delivering on time......”
“Arranged for monthly direct debit but they took whole amount in one go!!! Called and they suggested I start again paying deposit etc and they'd refund me in 10 working day's. Won't be renewing with them no matter how cheap.”
“having looked over the internet and the rest got to budget insurance delt with me proper but a week went by and the sent me a threatening letter, saying that I had not forwarded my no clames bonus , of corse I did the contract would not have been fair or legal .
I had then informed them that I sent it by royal mail and have proff of it they wernt appoligetic ,but had admitted that they got it, But to be fair all insurance providers do this now as a lot of people are not transparent from the off. I don't like being thretend, or called a fiber and just reassured them that I will take legal action to defend my consumer rights.
and just to clarify AS CONSUMERS WE HAVE RIGHTS .THAT SED I AM NOWHAPPY, SO GO ON GET A BETTER DEAL ALL THE BEST MAPO OF CARDIFF.
