“In the 2nd week of January I had my van and its contents of tools stolen, I am still awaiting a settlement or offer for this despite me having to replace everything myself! I have now instructed my solicitor to take the company to court as a civil matter due to complete lack of communication and selling a policy not fit for purpose!
I will also be cancelling any ongoing insurance policy I have with this company”
