“I was told there was an incident registered as a fault under my name and if I got it removed from the database, as I felt it was not a fault of mine, the premium would go done in price. Having spent time trying to deal with the situation I went back to Admiral to be told they would not actualy reduce the premium and that I was give the wrong information. What a waste of time !!!!!!!”
“Having been a an Admiral multi car policy holder for many years, and always been happy with the service and great value for money , I assumed that Admiral Van insurance would be the same, Sadly this is not the case , Having been credited with 9 years no claims on my multi car policy ( having been driving for 33 years and never had to make a claim) I was told that because there was no proof of my bonus previous to starting with Admiral (which they must have had to give me my initial quote) ... excuse was 'that we are separate companies ' .. so if that's the case don't use the same name. Ended paying through the nose for a policy that I couldn't afford to cancel. Then continued to get Emails and Calls saying my insurance would be cancelled , despite having paid . Not happy,”
