Only issue i had was that i was told I would not have to produce my no claims paperwork. In reality I had a letter and time scale to do so. This was disappointing as I had explain circumstances which meant it may take time to retrieve the paperwork. Something i COULD HAVE START STRAIGHT AWAY AS OPPOSED TO BEING UNDER PRESSURE TO MEET THE TIME DEAD LINE.”
