“What started off as a simple van insurance became a pain as they couldn't find my make and model on there system despite it being recorded correctly with DVLA... then I sent them pictures to evidence that it was only 2 seater short wheel base with out a high roof so I felt they over charged me for the insurance this was then complicated with extra cost lumped on for a fixed penalty which they agreed to wavier there fee to reduce the total.... due to the fact I cancelled my old insurance as I had all ready agreed a lower price with this company i had very little choice but to follow it through .... I will think very hard if I will continue to use this company in future or re new if they caint sort their act out ..... so overall disappointed with what started out as a promising process”
