“The van insurance company is just fine and offer excellent value for money.
The broker is totally inefficient, seems to me they have got so many 'systems' going that one person does not know what the other one is doing. They almost drove me crazy, sending email and letters on a constant basis.
Thankfully, it was all sorted in the end, however, I have made a note, never to deal with them again.
Next time I will seek someone who can do it the easy way.
