I have tried to contact & ask my insurer if it is necessary for me to be in possession of this document, but I have not been able to get any form of response from them. Can you prompt them to relieve my concerns.”
“The quote given on the web site was not what I was asked to pay. Also the costs involved in phoning the company were very high. I was charged by the minute and found that I was passed from one department to another several times and each time had to go through a longwinded conversation covering the same questions each time. This process took nearly an hour!! I then had to make three further calls to chase the documentation being charged for the call each time. This will put me off using them again.”
