“Good product if it worked, the paint pen I ordered does not want to flow no matter how long I shake the paint up and keep pushing down on the tip it will not come through properly, the primer pen is perfect so I can only assume it's a faulty paint pen, no I haven't contacted the factory as im not posting the pen back to much hassle most likely, other than that a very fast delivery after ordered it's just my pen isn't great .”

“Complete waste of time and money. Paint does not flow freely, the knob gets misshaped very quickly meaning you cannot apply the paint precisely.”

“Colour match was good, but I regret buying the touch-up "pens" as they are difficult to use on the damage I was repairing. It's too easy to get excess paint on the car, and you can't be precise with the application. Went back for paint in pot, as this will work better for me on this occasion. Pens kept just in case though!”

“Great product & match colour with fantastic customer service from Erik. The only issue I would say it’s the Nib, it’s too thick for scratches even if you try to use side of the nib. It would be perfect if they could design needle size of Nib for thin scratches.”

“Primer was ok but the red paint was maybe 90% colour match…also the red paint as I used it the felt trip end did not keep its shape and was either flowing way to much paint or not enough so in the end cut the top off the tube and put a small brush in the tube for way better results …”
