“The delivery was fast and decent price however the product did not match the frame colour nor name as indicated. It was quite a bit darker and more blue than it is supposed to be in this particular colour. After contacting the supplier, I was asked to send a match comparison which I did and I have not heard anything since. (I did hear back some days later and a response to this review, however I had already provided the details and order informed as asked for in the response) It appears that their match promise and refund is not honoured. I’m quite disappointed with the whole process so far”
