“The display is bright and crisp so looks good. The software is a total nightmare. The demo code on the Waveshare wiki doesn't compile or work on some Arduinos and has been ineptly written (and that's being chariatable). E.g. if you try and remove the print debug statements the touch screen no longer works because there is logic in the print statements. Unbelivable. The Adafruit ST7789.h library works for graphics but I have struggled to get the touch sensor to work. So basically don't buy this if you want to use it as a touch screen.”
