Eagerly awaited and so far living up to expectations. This is a cool piece of kit, and it is handling multiple programs at the same time with ease. I tried out using the latest version of Sonic Pi 4.5 for Raspberry Pi Bookworm, together with a Libre Office Slide show, and OBS recording the screen plus audio and it didn't have any problems with this. The bluetooth performance with external speakers is good and easy to set up. I've mainly used it with Wayland, but occasionally switched back to X11. Requires a restart but otherwise OK. Also I find Pipewire works pretty well with audio midi and video routing.

This is an incredible upgrade, I’ve not figured out exactly what I’ll end up using it for yet - but it’s actually a lot more powerful than I expected! The team have done a fantastic job on this new version and I think I’m going to need to think bigger than what I’d originally thought I’d be doing with it!

Excellent addition to the Pi range - look forward to being able to get the PCIx going and really updating my home assistant setup.

Excellent upgrade from the 4B. Have not run any performance benchmarks but seems an improvement and full featured.

I spent a bit of time fiddling with a Pi4 while I waited (impatiently) for the Pi5 release. Thankfully I did as it made the transition for moving my self hosted set up to the 5 and I absolutely love it. It's slick and responsive and has handled all the tasks I've thrown at it. I plan on ordering a second one to dabble with setting up a gaming emulator rig
