I ordered the kit and an aluminiun heat sink Thursday afternoon, without special posting arrangements it was on my door step Saturday morning! It is now set up as the "Kitchen Web machine" and used to write code as required, freeing up the older Pi to be a workroom workhorse

The Official Raspberry Pi 4 Desktop Kit came quickly. I set it up and it worked first time. I am very happy with this piece of kit and would strongly recommend everyone to join in. Well done and keep up the good work. Regards, Dave C.

I was expecting to still have to do a bit of setup with the kit, but was delighted that it was as simple as connecting everything and turning it on. The packaging is nicely designed, and the book is very beginner-friendly, I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in using a pi for the first time- no prior knowledge needed at all.

Bought the desktop kit so didn’t have to mess about unplugging keyboard and mouse all the time. Was highly surprised by the quality of both mouse and keyboard. The book is very useful for beginners like me and learning a lot for it. Just wish I had more spare time to use it.

We are using this to control a camera inside the bob of a Foucault's pendulum, and to control the electromagnet that keeps the pendulum swinging. Its GPIO ports, camera interface and motion sensors that come with the add-on components are perfect for this!
