“Had it up and running in 20 minutes. Was compiling and running C apps inside an hour. Installed Thderbird email client all woring great. Thinking about adding an SSD to improve perfromance though as it seems to launch applications at half of my desktop speed. Good value for money though.”

“Over the past few years, I've bought several of these, both UK and US versions, and they make fantastic presents for kids. I've had one on my desk since they first came out, and it's been incredibly useful. I use it for web searches, watching YouTube videos, and most importantly, as a terminal to SSH and manage the myriad of other Raspberry Pi devices that run my life.”

“Very simple set up, worked out of the box. Only later discovered the chapter in the book on setting it up - would have helped is this was pointed out in the kit itself. We later bought a GPIO to breadboard extender - it would have been good if this had been included in the kit.”

“+ Quick to set up - I was up and running in half an hour if that. + Easy to use - Rubber cover over GPIO pins is a bit tricky to remove”
