“Lovely little case, the Pi 4 snaps in perfectly and it looks lovely. However, it needs some vents. The Pi 4 is a hot beast - much more so than it's predecessors, and running anything remotely taxing sends it into overdrive. Because the unit fits so well, it's a very enclosed space and internal heat rapidly builds up to the point the Pi 4 starts to throttle itself. The little temperature gauge appears on the desktop and it slows down. Removing the top and keeping it open helps keep it just under this level. A few slots in the top, and a fan on the Pi and it would run fine. until a new case appears, it is the only choice, but I loop forward to an update. Until then, I'm going to cut some vents in myself for now.”

“Case has no ventilation and the Rpi4 runs very hot even at idle. 70c when inside the case! Have removed the RPi4 from the case and temps drop to 60c idle. A case with good ventilation and a passive heatsink seems to be the way to go with an Rpi4.”
