“The case design and feel is beautiful, but there is no way you will use it in day to day with the lid closed. Pi gets extremely hot inside. Skip this case and get one of the cheap, ventilated ones from other sources”

“While visiting the UK, I ordered these items, was not delivered in the 6 days I was there. Used Royal Mail (who's limitations and delivery times were not clear at the time of placing the order). Now I left the UK and don't know were these item are.”

“This case fits the raspberry pi4 perfectly and looks great, but I've had to buy a different case with a built in fan to mitigate the heat issues that are present in the pi4”

“Lovely little case, the Pi 4 snaps in perfectly and it looks lovely. However, it needs some vents. The Pi 4 is a hot beast - much more so than it's predecessors, and running anything remotely taxing sends it into overdrive. Because the unit fits so well, it's a very enclosed space and internal heat rapidly builds up to the point the Pi 4 starts to throttle itself. The little temperature gauge appears on the desktop and it slows down. Removing the top and keeping it open helps keep it just under this level. A few slots in the top, and a fan on the Pi and it would run fine. until a new case appears, it is the only choice, but I loop forward to an update. Until then, I'm going to cut some vents in myself for now.”
