“Two things that are great about this power supply. First is that it just works. And second is the long cable length. These two things are pretty simple to get right, but not many power supplies actually tick these boxes. This official power supply does the job, and that's all I need it to do.”

“Failed within 12 hours the first time I used it. Plugged into a headless RPi 4 with no peripherals. Returned for a replacement a week ago and still not heard anything from Pi-Hut.”
