ahh, I couldn't yet start it. I had the pi3b but the power supply had a new plug so I needed an adapter. The HDMI had a new plug so I needed an adapter. The OS-card was tested with the pi3b but doesn't boot on the pi4b so I need a new one. And preparing the card takes some time. You could offer a booting pi4B with adapters, keyboard, mouse

Whilst the new Pi is an improvement to the previous version my room has become considerably hotter! The official pi case is clearly inadequate for the Pi as it provides no cooling support. Whilst we await for new cases that are more suitable to house the Pi 4 it seems the most effective solution is to have no case on the Pi at all!

I've ordered Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2GB and it was quickly delivered. This new version is a bit hot (literally while working) but has a lot of new exciting hardware changes and improvements :)

Pleasant surprise, after being led to believe the 3 was it for sometime to come. Just opens up so many options. So much power in such a small device.

The raspberry PI gets very hot after a few minutes of light processor activity. It does not support many other software packages such riscos. New case is require and another power supply as older raspberry pi's accessories will not work.

Its fast and ts got two HDMI but, who has space on the bench for two monitors. Its got a 'C' type power socket which is incompatible with existing RPi's. its got two HDMI sockets, great for advertisment terminals but not much use for 'normal people' and the HDMI ports are incompatible with existing RPi's being of the micro connector type rather than the RPi's Zero's mini and the A,and B's normal connector - so far, damn expensive and difficult to locate. Its got up to 4gig memory. It will not, yet, boot to USB or Network or any of the useful booting features. In 4k video mode its not compatible with VNC. It won't fit in any existing case because the network and USB sockets have been moved, It gets bloody hot. Would I buy another ?. Possibly, but for my money the incompatibilities outweigh the extra speed. The extra memory is'nt such a great thing for the 'normal people' and the extra 3 gig for an extra £20, too expensive imho.
