“Works fine! It has a fair amount of noise though, especially in low-light, which I think is to be expected with a sensor of this size. I would love it if there were more higher-end camera modules available to complement this one. Also, the field-of-view is fairly limiting. I know a fisheye lens is available to increase the FOV, but I think a better solution would be to make it easier to remove the integrated lens, or sell a bare-CCD module. That way, we can just use whatever lenses and mounts we have available. Whilst I think this module does a decent job, my three-star review is more representative of the fact that it seems like a bit of a 'jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none' kind of device. Yes, it'll work, but after you've got through prototyping, you'll probably wish you had something different.”
