“Perfect kit for setting up a Plex Server to play my collection of DVDs and CDs. Only additional hardware required was a 1TB SSD (which is powered by the Pi USB 3 port, no additional power needed). This was my first experience setting up a Raspberry Pi (with the supplied Raspberry Pi OS), and it went without a hitch. It now operates "headless" ie not connected to a keyboard or monitor so takes up no room at all. WiFi worked straight away, so along with the built in ultraVNC allows remote control when necessary. A useful project to make the most of your old DVD/CDs, especially during lockdown.”

“Ive had no problems either during ordering or after receipt. However I have been informed (post purchase) that I need heatsink(s) so perhaps this could be flagged during ordering process ?”

“Fantastic kit to get started with the Pi. I had a small issue initially where the Raspbian setup failed and corrupted the install. Customer service was fantastic and this was resolved very quickly. The machine itself is very powerful and has given my desktop PC a run for its money...”
