“A useful kit for the new Pi user. The SD card takes a few minutes to configure the operating system when you first power up the Pi, but its really useful to have everything set up automatically ready for use.”

“I am very much a novice at computing and manipulating packages+hardware. However, the Pi platform in tandem with the online resources makes entry-level projects very accessible to those wanting a first try at building platforms without buying rafts of hardware. The Pi platform is very versatile and, specifically, the Pi 4 is very powerful. If I had a gripe it would be the absence of a second ether port. All USB3-eth dongles I have tried are proving problematic/unusable. But router-on-a-stick using OpenWRT has been a doddle to create.”
