Only got a few days into this so far but it's a great little set and my 9yo daughter is loving getting to grips with it with me.

Still not even halfway through the calendar, but each day I've completed has taught me something new. I'm a seasoned programmer, but a complete newbie when it comes to electronics. The instructions for each day are very easy to follow and for someone with prior experience in programming, makes for easy improvising and building from the basic examples a breeze.

this is a Christmas present for two young lads, one just into teens and the other not far behind, I've been told it's likely going to be their favourite. Both are generally tech-savvy anyway and are doing some coding at school so should go down a treat. As of writing, it's a few weeks short of Christmas so will do an update on how they've enjoyed it after they've had a go.

Really enjoying the kit so far. I am a professional programmer and I am loving this step by step introduction to hardware programming. Really helping me relax after work. Already making my own games with the buttons and LEDs.

I like the step-by-step nature of the product and will use it to demonstrate to my kids what you can do with programming and a bit of effort. I think the guides using MicroPyton are ideal for this purpose. The goods arrived as advertised, nicely packaged and i'm really happy.

A brilliant concept. For a while, I've been trying to encourage my 10-year-old son to work with me on some of my smaller projects. He has never quite stepped up and got involved. I was expecting a similar level of engagement with this; how wrong I was. Day 1 was going to be the challenge, setting up the software but he immediately got involved, we were in the last batch so we were "behind" at the start and this allowed him to do days 1 & 2 in one sitting. As soon as he was making small traffic lights he was hooked. "I never knew it would be this much fun." He is now playing with each day's new challenge and stretching it further with some hints from me. Using the push button to influence a traffic light cycle as if it were a crossing signal and so forth. Thanks for the excellent product.

This is such a good intro to the world of Raspberry Pi. As complete novices we're finding each day clearly explained and managing to have some extra fun with our own code. Just got to work out what task we give the Pico when we're finished.

My children and I know nothing about this kind of electronics. We are homeschoolers so thought we would give this a try as it said for beginners. The instructions are clear and straightforward to follow for complete novices. We have just started the box, but can not wait to do the rest.
