You know the ad 'If Carlsberg did cases' this would be the one! If Apple made it the only change would be additional gold, rose gold and silver colours. Including a circuit board to turn the HDMI, USB-C and AV jack through 90 degrees so that they all connect at the back. Internal fan and thermal pads so the metal top becomes a large heatsink. Brilliant and £25 is a great price considering the features.

This is a wonderful case, especially if you want to use your pi as a desktop, media centre, or even gaming solution really. The form factor is great, having a power button is a real plus for me as well as all the ports on the back. To do this they’ve added a little pcb you have to install which is just AV pass through. It’s incredibly easy and it comes with a detailed manual. It’s biggest advantage is probably the cooling, it has passive cooling due to its design, it’s all metal body, it’s included thermal pads for apu and ram, and even has active cooling with a programmable fan. Great if you’re putting your pi through its paces.

Good solid build, base plate is plastic (wifi/BT has to get out somehow), the rest of the case is one big heatsink. Easy access to the gpio as access cover to them is held in place by magnets. Cable management is easier as all cables now attach to the rear of the case. The SD card is still easy to access (better access than my Flirc case). Good looking making it ideal for a media center or retro gaming in the living room. cons, its avery snug fit may be a little too sung and the fan if it kick in is loud, that said the only time the fan has kicked in was when I lowered the threshold, the case is very effective as a heatsink. I would love a version with space for a hdd/ssd.

This is a very well made case which comes with everything you need. I had an official PI 4 case which I had added heatsinks too and cut and a hole in the top to install a fan. With no overclock, my CPU temp was around 55c. Now with a 2ghz OC on the CPU and a 750mhz OC on the GPU, my PI 4 idles around 40-45c. Even when at load it doesn't get about 65c. Everything fits nicely together with this case, it looks good and keeps the PI4 nice and cool. The power button and fan are superb features and I think this case is a steal at £25. I certainly wasn't expecting such high quality for such a low price.

The idea of this case is a good one for a start and it is well realised. The materials seem to be of high quality and the design is neat. It took a little fiddling to put together, but after that all is fine.

A good solid and sturdy case, love the fact that the connectors are all on the back at last so makes it suitable for desktop use. The weight stops it from scooting around on the desk and the magnetic cover over the GPIO connector is really rather swish. You can always complain about something if you look hard enough - it might have been nice if the base was metal too but then again if it was you wouldn’t see the activity LEDs and the shape reminds me a bit of a space ship in 1980’s Elite but then again it isn’t a boring rectangular box - but in this case the positives far outweigh any negatives.

Like the fact that this bought all the peripheral connections onto one panel & incorporated the fan & heatsink. I was already looking at doing a similar PCB with a 12V to 5V DC-DC supply to give more options on the PSU. I think Raspberry Pi org missed an opportunity to change the form factor to do this on pi 4 as the extra heat effectively takes you out of the old form factor and I was always frustrated not having all the main peripheral interfaces on one edge. The extra PCB area would have allowed better heat management and more options. The cost of the extra connectors in this options would have potentially paid for the extra PCB area?
