The Argon One case by Argonforty is a great case for the raspberry pi 4 It moves all the ports to the front In a way it is super convenient and super inconvenient because when i plug my headphones, i nudge one of the HDMI cables and the screen goes black but, i just have to nudge it again and the screen comes back. The power button is the most useful because i can turn it on and off withoue removing the power adapter Ever since the lockdown began, i was uaing my laptop so my son couldn't play his online game so he used this and i monitored the temperature and he told me the fan never or rarley came on It passively cools well and when stress testing, it didn't go above 58 degrees celcius. Putting it together was easy enough following the guide but, i was having problems with sound as it wouldn't come out. As many people struggled with this, i just nudged it in more and it worked. The os is easy to install by following the leaflet, and supre simple. The translusent bottom means you can see the lights and know when it's active. The power throug GPIO means i don't have to put stress on the power, HDMI and audio jack. The metallic space grey colour is really nice, but i wold prefer silver as it looks better. I didn't even get speed delivery ,just regular delivery, and i got it the next day!!! The case is worth every penny, but if you want a fan, go for the ice tower, but no case at $18.

I am so pleased with this case. Good quality of build, easy to put together with Pi 4. Now all the cables go in the same direction... Out of the navy. How very sensible. Thank you to Argon designers.

So not the cheapest case around but really nicely made. It is great to have everything at the front for access. Fan seems to help and has kicked in a few times.

The case has a smaller footprint than anticipated, but that is never a bad thing. I have been pushing my Pi's for some time and the addition of a fan, as well as the whole case being a heat-sink makes a big difference. The fan speeds are completely adjustable, or will run quite happily out of the box. There is a line of code that you need to run to make it work, but all the instructions are easy to follow. It does move all the ports to the back of the unit - which is a bit weird after being a Pi user for a long time, but it does make for a tidier desktop. The SD card is still freely accessible, and the GPIO pins are hidden under a clever magnetic panel on the top. Overall, this has been a good investment, and I will be looking at a further one for my 3B+.

Looks really good, quite easy to install although the LAN- and/or USB-port holes were a snug fit, has a power switch and all the connectors on the back of the case. Easy access to GPIO pins under a magnetically attached metal cover on top of the case. The fan keeps quite annoying high-pitched sound (no surprise for such a small fan). Luckily the case itself does a decent job as a heatsink and the fan doesn't run on light/medium load (and you can set the temperature thresholds for the fan to your own liking).

Excellent product overall and easy to install however the hdmi lead can loose its connection (could be the lead but not sure)
