“So many great reviews here, I'm not sure what to add about this great little bit of kit. I wanted a passively cooled case (stop the fan drone) but this more expensive option with active cooling (and more) won out. The case is wider thanks to the included daughterboard, which routes your onboard audio and mico-HDMI to the rear of the case whilst transforming the micro-HDMI to full-size HDMI. The case includes a power button which can be left to always power on or enabled to support soft shutdown, reboot and hard shutdown (depending on how long you press it). Assembly was very easy, the daughterboard does need a firm but careful hand to ensure everything is connected but honestly, it's far from difficult. Following the in-box guide is straightforward and I really like how everything fits snugly in the case. The top is solid with a magnetic removal panel for GPIO access and the bottom is an acrylic (like?) plastic which is a fingerprint magnet. Once assembled I did take a few moments to admire how well it looked and how solid it felt. The additional software for the fan controller, power button and IR are simple to install, although I've left them at defaults for now. In my use case, my Pi 4 is not being overly stressed and after a week of standard operation is holding 1-2 degrees warmer than my previous active solution without needing the fan at all, very impressive.”

“Good quality case, but I had difficulty connecting the audio jack, and two micro-HDMI connectors to the Raspberry Pi, as they were rather "stiff". Still, better than being too loose.”

“A perfect case for your Pi4, I have owned one in the past be it the M2 version, and this little box caters for all your needs. A handy option is the tray to house your ssd, it sits at the bottom of the Argon case. I highly recommend this case, the Pi is cooled efficiently once configured via an inbuilt fan, I always trust The Pihut with my gear as my orders are always fulfilled correctly and delivery is exceptionally quick.”
