Excellent case, easy fitting of a 1tb m2 drive. Houses a pi4 music server and have never heard the fan running. Would have given 5 Stars, but I miss the capability of fitting an internal DAC.

Great service from Pihut as usual. Fast delivery. Top quality case, feels very premium. Remember to install the fan software otherwise it'll be on at 100% all the time. Noise and wise, I'm using this for my home assistant setup and I don't think then fan has ever been on.

This case is worth every penny! The passive heat dissipation minimizes the fan operation and my Pi4 gives it a real workout...I am using the Pi as a full desktop running all my digital amateur radio software and dashboards. The case has the best solution I have found, to date, for managing USB SSD’s...the footprint is still tiny and the external ports are all moved to the rear...better cable management! Highly recommended!

Great case, compact and moves all the connection to the rear. When the fan runs it is slightly noisy in a quiet room. Great product, I have two now.

Although a beautifully made case with very effective heat dissipation there are two problems with it. Firstly the metal of the case (which is the reason heat dissipation is so effective) blocks a siginicant amount of wifi signal. Previously I was able to connect to a particular AP and then stay with it for ever, with the Argon case connections would drop, reconnect somewhere else, or lose all connectivity for a while. Secondly the power button, fan control, IR receiver all use GPIO pins but these weren't specified and so there was a danger that pins in use by the case would be inadvertently resused. I did contact the manufacturers about the wifi problem but they didn't bother to reply - I guess it is a know issue which they cannot fix. In summary if you only connect via LAN cable and are careful with GPIO connectivity it is a splendid case and the features such as fan control and heat dissipation are great. If you need wifi and are some distance from the router then beware.

This is - of course - a beautifully designed case. I do like the full-size HDMI sockets and booting from the SSD was easy to set up. Less good (for some) may be its shielding of the Wifi signal (I use a telephone hot spot and merely keep the phone close to the Case). The infra-red receiver is a feature I will use. So all in all I am very happy with this case... it really does propel the Pi4 into a main PC contender.
