“Good product which can provide not only speed information but whether the object is moving away or towards you. The only downside is that it detects speed in the orders of 52 cm/s e.g. you read that the object is coming at you with a speed of 52 or 104 or 156 cm/s. While for some applications this may be enough, it does not help my purpose as I was looking for a sensor which can continously sense and follow an object accurately. I made the item communicate with a ESP32 based controller through UART. For this I written a script in micropython following the communication protocol provided on the product WIKI and it worked ok”
