“Happy with my purchase and the kit is great. Controllers are pretty cheap though, don't have the precision required to master some of the more twitchy platformers. After a couple of hours playing it really started to hurt my hand when doing the suriken jump on Revenge of Shinobi. Easy to install Retropie and easy to put the kit together. Might be worth looking into a power switch for the pi as that is probably one of the most annoying part of the pi.”

“Very easy to use lots of online guides YouTube especially helpful. I'm no computer wizard but got a retro gaming station up and running in no time also plenty of others things to do with such a user friendly board. Will be purchasing more in the future. Pi hut awesome fast delivery couldn't ask for a better service although the offer of larger memory cards would be a bonus other than that tiny niggle very happy”

“Got this for my son and I. Arrived unbelievably fast! Great service. Cost is very good too. So easy to set up and as it contains all the kit you need to get started (with the exception of a USB memory stick) and get gaming. He loves it, I love it. Thank you Pi HUt”

“Really great and cost effective bundle with everything that you need to get started with a retro style console project. As a complete beginner to the Pi I found it a fun project with plenty of advice online for setting up emulation station and now i'm excited to try and build other projects. Great service from the PiHut, quickly dispatched, nicely packaged and good quality products.”

“This is great value for money and easy to set up, although I would recommend recalbox over retropie. The controllers didn't seem that responsive at first but have got much better with a bit of use.”
