“Decided to use a Pi4-4g as a NAS. So found that a SSD and SSD to USB 3 cable would suit my needs. Great idea! Went to a LARGE online retailer and bought a SSD and cable to find that it would not work with the PI. Bad idea! so bought the this one from Pi Hut. Even greater idea! Moral - stick with retailers who knows what they are doing and selling when it comes to all things Pi.”

“I used this item to connect an SSD to my Raspberry Pi to boot with and for storage. The Pi is hung on the back of a Hanspree touch screen monitor. It all works great. Very happy.”

“Ordered and came very quickly. Build quality is good and works well. Unfortunately the lead was too short for me to use it in the case I had for my Pi server but that was my fault for not checking the length. Great company and will use them for all my future Pi needs”

“There is alot of ebay connectors like this that does not work with the pi for ssd boot on usb 3.0 It's cheaper just to go to the pihut and get a genuine That way you know you got the correct cable for a good price.”

“I bought this cable along with a WD 240GB SSD drive. I plugged it into a R-Pi4 and transferred the Raspberry Pi OS and rebooted . Worked perfectly and boots much faster. Excellent products”
