Good quality and works as intended. Have a number of these and never had any issues.

I'd previously bought an SSD/USB3.0 adaptor for my pi4 but had issues with it causing nearby wireless devices to drop off the network. Apparently this is a known problem with poor shielding in these adaptors. I then bought the 'proper' item from pi-hut (they were initially our of stock when I bought the other one) but it has the same problem. Yes it does technically work in that I can run an SSD on usb3.0 with my pi, but as it prevents loads of other important devices from connecting to the network it's a bit useless. As always though, pi-hut support was excellent and I've been able to return the item for a full refund. I'd have preferred it to work properly though!

There were problems with shipping. The actual delivery and arrival of my order took more than a month of continuous e-mailing. The product finally arrived in good condition, it works for what I wanted to use it for. Three stars are due to unnecessary hassles around the delivery, in my opinion.

Hello...This cable works as it should but is not the finished article in that there is no case to put the SSD in! and it seems from my looking around that there are plenty of USB connect cases but NO SATA connect case !!. I did ask you what your advice was but got a pretty weak responses ie Oh doesn't appear to be anything suitable? market opportunity perhaps I would say must be plenty of people want a SATA connect/cable solution rather than USB ...
