Attractive and well made a keeps the cpu temperature under 50 degs. Easy to assemble too. My only gripe is that it has a significant affect upon the wifi ssignal. That said I am using a wired network connection so no problem.

Nice looking case, great to not need a fan too, seems to be ding a good job & is only slightly warm. If I could change anything it would be to make the top plastic cover removable without needing to remove the pi as I think that would assist in cooling if you were driving it hard.

Excellent, stylish and sturdy case. It helps dissipate the heat from the CPU, meaning the pi idles at much lower temperature.

Used in my Home Assistant install, dropped the CPU temperature from 52C in the official Pi4 case to 33C in FLIRC case.

Been meaning to get one of these for a long time and have finally put my Pi4b into it, replacing an old case with a fan and no heatsink. The build quality seems excellent and installation is fairly straightforward, requiring a single screwdriver to put together. I dismantled my old case, used the included thermal pad to make the connection between CPU and case and closed it up to reconnect my cables. Firstly, blissful silence. I've been hearing the fan on my old case for so long I'd forgotten what true silent operation is like.. Secondly, the difference in temperature is pretty stark with a full 10 degrees Celsius lower under load than before and as much as 20 degrees below the idle temperature I was used to seeing. And this pi runs as a media centre with both local and remote playback as well as other automation tasks behind the scenes so it's not doing light work. Very impressive piece of kit and going to be my new standard in RPi 4b installs going forward.
