A beautifull aluminium case. Testing it with a Raspberry PI 3 without any problem.

Good and nice item. Nevertheless, the cooling performance is not as important as I was expecting ...

Could be the perfect case, but with the Raspberry Pi 3, it's hard to remove the MicroSD card. The Pi 3 has a push-pull slot, not a push-push like the previous Pi. If you change the card often it's really annoying. If you don't, then I highly recommend this case

*Disclaimer: your experience might be different if you use a different setup, this was the setup i used: Raspberry pi: Raspberry pi 3 B SD Card: Samsung evo+ 32GB* I love this case, its a really good value, It cools my raspberry pi 3b very well while running osmc. It never hits the 50°C in an ambient temperaturen of 25°C, the case never feels hot. The only few problems i encountered are that the Micro SD card slot doesnt have the Push to eject function on the RPI 3B (previus rasoberry pi's do), and this case wasnt build with that in mind it appears. While it states that the sd Card is accessible, ease of acces is an entirely different story. The sd Card doesnt poke out a lot with my Samsung evo+ 32gb, I would need a pair of tweezers to remove it with this case. the other thing that i would like to o see improved is an spot for an infrared reciever, or maybe even build in. the other thing i noted is that the alluminum isnt as smooth as it looks in the pictures, the finish on the inside is quite rough and not finished at all (not that it hinders functionality or asthetic). the outside is brushed but at the port cutouts and bottem and top side of the aluminium are a little unfinished and rough, but its only noticable up really close, put it half an armlength away from your face and youll not notice it unless you know its there. for me the 3,5mm jack also wasn't alligned perfectly but that might be in my case(pun intended). i'm not sure if i can link to images in this review but ill try to so i can show what i mean with the rough finish and the slightly missaligned cutout and the SD card stuff. 3,5mm port: http://i.imgur.com/a1XvgNDh.jpg Rough finished ports: http://i.imgur.com/8qfKnbuh.jpg Rough finished edges: http://i.imgur.com/D5IprvGh.jpg SD Card ejectability and general overview: https://youtu.be/Rzqne7eHlsM I was very hard in this review, the case is great. but i wanted to give a very detailed description of what they can expect from this. i pointed out every possible flaw someone could care about. if you want the best value case for your raspberry pi as a media center or as a small desktop, than this is your go-to case. ~tjeulink

I have to say that this is the best quality media centre case that I have come across. The entire case acts as a heatsink too.
