“Worked fine for me with one exception: when I tried it with the official Raspberry Pi wireless dongle, it went too far in. Caused a short circuit when plugged into my Raspberry Pi Zero. Had to use pliers (and a worrying degree of force) to get the converter shim back out of the wifi dongle.”
