“This is ideal for the Pi Zero particularly when you want to attach a USB cable that is longer than the short USB cables you often get supplied in the Pi Zero kits, its also handy to have for any other projects requiring a USB to micro USB connection, another example is a USB WiFi dongle where you do not want a trailing cable for remote access.”

“this is so good. you can plug normal USB devices into your PiZero. Yes there are adapter cables out there, but for an WifiDongle e.g. you don't want to have a cable wobbling around. Just one disadvantage (but this is more a PiZero Problem): when when you use more than one of these Dongles, it could be, that the 'real' USB cables do not have enough space and you cannot plug them in. but... thats not a real Problem, because you do mostly use one normal microUSB for power und just one Dongle and thats fine.”
