This is a great kit with simple instructions. I am a programmer but had no experience with Python and got this working in less than 2 hours. Have not added the features for the distance sensors , but will be working on it. I wish I could buy 2 more wheels separately to help stabilize the car better - can I ?

Got the CamJam Edukit #3 quickly, needly packed in a nice box. I reused the box as a basic frame for the robot car. Together with the instructions on http://camjam.me/?page_id=1035 you get a lot of fun with it. Now need to get it working with my Playstation controller :)

Not very impressed with the motors. they behave differently to changes in frequency when adjusting pwm, so near impossible to operate slowly.

This is a great little kit that gives you everything you need to get started with some interesting robotics. The downloadable pdf instructions are very easy to follow getting you to a working model quickly and yet leave ample opportunity to explore alternative approaches. Enough here to keep you busy for a while and also a gateway to further projects. Initial set had a faulty controller board but the PiHut very quickly sent out a replacement.

This is a very good kit. I am new to electronics and programming with this being one of my first projects. The parts are good quality and the tutorials are easy to follow and understand. I'm looking forward to the remote control worksheet being released hopefully it wont be too far off!

Filled two wet days for a caravan holiday in Dorset, using my phone as a modem to connect to the Pi. Whilst ours works fine, reading the instructions through and perhaps watching a video or two might have helped with practicalities such as chassis choice and wheel positioning. Aside from that, the best build kit I've ever done.
