Just fitting my 3B+ into my case, love the finish, however either the screws are too long or the thread has not been cut deep enough. I will look at shortening the screws... I suggest the stock is checked and or shorter screws supplied !!!

This is a really nice case but the bolts for attaching the Pi were too long, or else the holes hadn't been drilled and threaded deep enough. I fixing this easily enough by shortening the bolts, and now I'm very happy with it

It was shipped fast and came in a sturdy box. Heat is drawn from the CPU to the metallic case via a thermal pad. The box contains two sets of screws and thermal pads - one for the 3B+ model and the other for 2B and 3B models. It looks sleek and it works efficiently However, my case didn't contain any thermal pads though. That wasn't a problem because the Pi Hut customer service quickly responded and dispatched thermal pads which arrived the next day. Crisis averted! Thank you Natalie from customer service! Overall, a fantastic case and a fantastic customer service. If you'll be using your Raspberry Pi a lot, I highly recommend this case and buying it from this website.

With built in heat sink and one piece aluminium design this is perfect for static Pi installations that don't need to be popping leads onto the GPIO or the camera connector on and off. There are ways to make these accessible but for a Pi set up as an experimental base you might choose something less elegant but with greater access. For a Media Centre Kodi install or a setting up a VPN server or micro Git mirror it's a well priced and very attractive solution that deals with excess heat in a compact and no fuss way -- included is the stick on heat exchange pad.

The flirc case looks nice. But more important, it works very well. My pi 3b+ is running pihole. The cpu temperature was around 55C in a standard plastic case (even with the top and side panels removed). With the flirc case, the temperature is 45C. The case itself is warm, which means it works as it was designed to do.

Really nice case that seems to perform its heat dissipation function well. N.B. The FAQ on the website is currently wrong, you CAN see the system LEDS on the current version of this case with a 3 or 3+. They modified the original version of this case so they are now visible. They also modified the SD slot so the SDs can be easily removed, unlike the original case where you had to use some fine tweezers.
