I bought this hub a few weeks ago, along with the raspberry pi and have been very impressed with its performance. It's small size makes it an ideal USB extender for the pi and, using the lead supplied with it, it powers the pi as well. Great product.

All good but power connector is a bit loose in the hub and when you move it around it can get disconnected from power. Also stand is a bit flimsy and hub is not really secured to stay vertically. Apart from that I'm happy with it...

As mentioned above! The hub is just ok in terms of quality (it gives you that sense of " please handle with caution or i'll break in 10 parts) but everything seems to be working just fine.. I've connected the wifi dongle, a 500 gb hard drive ,two big fans taken from my macbok pro's cooler master cooler to keep rasp's temp below 37 deg. being overclocked in 1ghz and a microsoft wireless keyboard-mouse combo! Does the job very good and cheap!

I used to have power issues while turning on External Drive for Raspberry. This little hub does the job it says. I have now two External Drives running through it sucessfully. Worth Using it .
