“This works well and was easy to set up. I am now able to use my old remote controls. The creator of FLIRC had cancer treatment and so it is a nice touch that a portion of every sale will be donated directly Cancer Research.”

“Doesn't work with the keyboard I bought it for. This might be more to do with the way the NTL keyboard handles use of the SHIFT key. I'm sure it performs well with regular remotes.”

“No instructions came in the box however I searched on Google for Flirc and downloaded the software for Windows, The software is very easy to use and if you have any doubts do a search on YouTube and there are several tutorials. I used the Flirc to set up an old SKY plus remote to operate my Kodi media box, Works like a charm. You only need the software to set up the remote, then it works stand alone. I tried a few more old remotes as well an they all worked perfect. The remotes must be infrared and you need line of sight between the remote and the Flirc receiver plugged into the front USB on the media box.”
