“Unfortunately some of the flooring in 1 pack was damaged and unusable. This was only discovered when it was being fitted and left us a few boards short to complete. We had to get another pack from a local supplier which was more expensive. The fitter said the flooring is very fragile and extra care is required when cutting. I'm extremely pleased with the flooring, looks amazing and also used the flooring in a shower niche and a sink splashback.”

“Panels don’t actually line up when connected end to end. The long edge is fine but the short edge has a 1mm lip. I spoke to the panel company and was told by one of the people in the showroom that when they checked, they had the same issue on their display. After a while, their fitters looked at one and claimed that they could be made to fit by hitting them with a rubber mallet. I tried it and it worked for some but on others, it split the ends. I then ended up returning it all. The product is poorly designed and doesn’t work.”
