“I ordered a sample of grey concrete tile effect ( RR69 Code ) which arrived ok, placed an order for 24, and got a notification text for a delivery date and time, but it never arrived, made calls daily for 3 days, and eventually went and collected it myself from Crayford 4 days late, when I unpacked it's a different color from the sample a much darker grey. You need to get your order system sorted out, it cost me a lot of time and money sorting this problem.”
