“The best company I’ve ever had experience with. The panels are superb. I’ve had a lot of complements and apart from being easy to put up I am so impressed with the way the customers services helped me when I needed more panels. I was unable to find the colour match numbers and I thought that I might not be able to get the right match. So I took a risk and ordered some more. Thinking they would be near to the ones I already purchased. When they arrived they were so different to the ones I already installed. So I thought, I won’t be able to get the same so I proceeded to phone customer services. I was resigned to the fact, I won’t be able to get the same but the person I spoke to insured me that they would try to get the same. The second lot of panels arrived and a very nice courier took the others away. I asked if he would wait while I checked to see if they would match and once again they were wrong match. I gave him a sample of the ones I already had and asked him if he would give it to the store to see if they could find them. I didn’t think I would be able to finish my bathroom and that I would have an incomplete bathroom. I couldn’t believe that a very nice gentleman phoned me and said they would continue looking for the same batch and eventually they did. I said I would pay for the delivery but when they arrived, they were the correct match but I had not received a bill for the delivery. What a customer service. I am so grateful for their help in this regard. I can’t thank them enough.”
