“Whilst the product is satisfactory, the service and delivery is a complete shambles, I have placed several orders with these people and each time the delivery from the local depot which is approximately 15 minutes drive away, always takes the maximum seven working days. On one occasion the delivery driver piled the panels up against the front door, making it impossible to open the front door to get to the panels. I had to get a neighbour to help my latest two deliveries placed one day apart now I'll being delivered seven days later one day apart. The trims and corners et cetera are all cheaper when bought direct from B&Q. If I could find a better panel company I would use them.”

“Used for finishing a lean too conservatory, was easy to cut and fix making a great lightweight job of the ceiling. On the downside, a couple sheets have got dents.(all matching). Pointing to a manufacturing defect whilst stacked and hot.”

“The panels never arrived. After 2 missed delivery promises I cancelled the order. At least they promptly gave a refund when I called but I lost a customer.”
